Michelin announces the acquisition of Flex Composite Group to create a leader in high-tech engineered fabrics and films. FCG supplies engineered fabrics and films to high-tech markets, such as marine, supercars, electric vehicles, sports and construction. FCG complements Michelin's existing offering with its expertise in polymer composites.
