Sales RepresentativeOur client is looking for a motivated sales representative to join their team. Responsibilities:- Identify and approach potential customers such as insurance companies, car dealerships, and individual vehicle owners needing repair services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare accurate quotes for repair services and follow up on invoicing and payments.
- Promote and explain the panel beating and automotive repair services offered, including vehicle body repairs, spray painting, dent removal, etc.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company by generating new business.
- Negotiate prices and service agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Ensure follow-up on work done and customer satisfaction, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:- Valid driver’s licence
- Own vehicle
- Matric certificate
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or repair industry.
- Familiarity with vehicle repairs, panel beating processes, and insurance protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain services clearly and effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and meet sales targets.
