WPP has announced its acquisition of a Brazilian digital innovation and software engineering company, DTI Digital. The acquisition will see WPP expand its presence in commerce and technology industries and strengthen its capabilities in supporting its clients' end-to-end digital transformation objectives in Brazil and beyond. DTI Digital will also benefit from WPP's global network and relationships with its partners, including the world's largest technology companies.
