The Riverbed agency acquires Chillibush Communications
The Riverbed agency's acquisition of a 70% stake in Chillibush Communications, a through-the-line agency, will transform it into a black-female-owned creative agency and will further provide the group with a presence in the market, combining its PR and activations with advertising and below the line expertise.
Monalisa Zwambila, founder and MD of Riverbed, who now also heads Chillibush says, "Our strategy has always been to provide a unique offering to the market. This acquisition puts us on a firm footing to compete for a larger share of that market and gives us the capacity to tell a much bigger story; enabling us to write a new narrative for our clients and ourselves"
