Kucera steps down as FEDHASA Cape board chairperson
Rob Kucera has resigned as the chairperson of the FEDHASA (Federated Hospitality Association of Southern Africa) Cape board as he intends on pursuing an opportunity abroad. FEDHASA Cape board vice-chairperson, Jeff Rosenberg is to serve as the acting chairperson until Kucera's successor is elected at the AGM and elections in June.
During his time as chairperson, Kucera made significant contributions to the FEDHASA Cape board including the funding of the inaugural Annual Cape Town Amateur Golf Festival, Expanded Public Works Programme, FEDHASA Cape's pledge against racism as well as the establishment of JAMMS (Joint Association Member Meeting Sessions).
