Taj Cape Town appoints Melissa Herman

Taj Cape Town has hired Melissa Herman to be its director of rooms. She is to oversee all front desk and housekeeping operations of Taj Cape Town, and also ensure that standards and quality are maintained.

Herman commented on her appointment, saying: "I am thrilled to have been given this opportunity to work with Taj Cape Town. I love being able to build positive environments for both guests and staff, to keep motivational levels high and have succession plans for career goals and targets through coaching and training."
