Patrick Carty returns to Boardwalk as new food and beverage manager
Patrick Carty has been appointed as Sun International's Boardwalk Hotel and Casino's new food and beverage manager. In his new role, Carty is responsible for the day-to-day management of food and beverage operations, including restaurants, beverage operations and food and beverage service in the casino operations.
Carty previously worked at Boardwalk early in his career as assistant F&B manager before moving to Pretoria where he assisted with the opening of Sun Time Square in 2017. He holds a degree in international hospitality management from the International Hotel School.
