Nedbank and Kaya FM bring free seminars on Corporate Taxes to small business

The fourth in a series of six Nedbank SimplyBiz workshops hosted in partnership with Kaya FM will be held on 19 August at the Henley Business School in Sunninghill.

Aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners in Johannesburg are set to benefit from the upcoming free business seminar that will focus on Corporate Taxes which according to the Nedbank Small Business Index (NSBI), is one of the main challenges faced by small businesses.

Keynote speaker Frank Mosupa, partner at PwC and head of the firm's Gauteng Corporate Tax Practice, will share his extensive international and corporate advisory experience to provide local small businesses with valuable insights on how to tackle Corporate Tax challenges.

The seminars held throughout 2015 were created with a vision to empower entrepreneurs and small business owners to take their business to the next level. These seminars build on insights from the award-winning business show, KayaBiz hosted by the renowned Steven Bacher.

'We are delighted to once again partner with Kaya FM through our long standing passion for small businesses to continue championing an entrepreneurial culture in our society and creating an environment where small businesses can thrive,' says Tracey Afonso: Head of Professional and Small Business Banking at Nedbank.

Nedbank's partnership with Kaya FM forms part of the bank's continued commitment to support the SME sector and partner with small businesses for growth for a greater South Africa.

'We believe the SimplyBiz seminars are a fantastic opportunity for small business owners to reflect on their business, acquire new skills and network with like-minded people,' concludes Alfonso.

The next seminar will take place later on 19 August. Registrations can be done via http://www.kayafm.co.za/simply-biz-seminar/
