Placing orders for the company. (Stationary, Detergents and Beverages etc.)
Add input to decisions. (Give an idea)
Assisting staff where they need help. (Admin)
Assist Managers and departmental managers with their work. (Admin)
Manage Staff.
Diary Management.
Work on building floor plans.
Admin and filing.
Customer Service/ Customer Care
Attending to Emails daily (sending and receiving)
Route calls to specific people. (Screen calls)
Take and rely messages. (Verbal and Via email phone call message)
Keep a Excel log of employees access tags assigned to them by me.
