She now consults with companies and individuals on all aspects of corporate communication, public relations and the media as well as values-driven leadership. Dee has presented papers on a number of topics, including: developing responsible leaders through the media; corporate and government communication on social issues; the role of the tabloid in SA, and a new kind of journalism for South Africa. In addition, her MA thesis has been published as a book by Lambert Academic Publishers, Germany, entitled The Role of the Tabloid Daily Sun in South Africa. Desiray is an accredited Chartered Public Relations Practitioner (CPRP).
