After starting my career as a production assistant and in 2004 I was headhunted to perform a similar role at Mindset Network. After two successful years in the role the company identified my operational management strengths and in the coming years several more promotions ensued which included Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Operations Manager & Operations Executive.

In my capacity as Operations Executive, I oversaw all operations and project management for Ten Fold Education, a division of Mindset Network. In addition to my Ten Fold responsibilities I also oversaw various day-to-day operations (IT, Security, Facilities etc…) for the holding company.

Key client relationships I have managed for Mindset Network include Telkom, Vodacom, MTN, Liberty, UNISA, Sony, Kagiso Capital & various government departments.
