I am a SA Radio Award-nominated and seasoned journalist with over 8 years of digital media, television, and radio current affairs production experience. I hold a diploma in Journalism and am currently pursuing my honours degree in journalism. I have produced for some of the biggest names in media including Jenny Crwys Williams, Sakina Kamwendo, Krivani Pillay, Tsepiso Makwetla, Bongi Gwala, Sumitra Nydoo and Naledi Moleo to name a few. I worked for the public broadcaster, the South African Broadcast Corporation for seven years where I produced shows such as the SABC's award-winning morning current affairs show, AMLive with Sakina Kamwendo for over three years. I also had the pleasure of leading the SAFM Current Affairs team's digital media department for two years. Following my departure from the SABC in late 2018, I freelanced as a television business producer and digital media manager until I joined Kaya FM in 2019. I was recently Senior Content Producer at Kaya FM where I produced award-winning shows such as Uncaptured and The Law Report. The outstanding work I did on Saturdays With Jenny earned me a 2020 SA Radio Award nomination for Best Commercial Content Producer.
