HEWLETT PACKARD 1973 - 1981
Numerous training courses for three weeks per module in products, sales management, management and consulting skills. We were trained as the trainer to deliver training to the South African operations.
At HP the training was very thorough.
Training in the businesses 1981 - 2008
In our business we continued in-house training of ourselves and trainers in our businesses.
We packaged and inculcated the past training and experiences in our work teams. The repeated packaging and training honed the knowledge and experiences.
We bought ongoing courses in management, strategy, sales, product development, technical training and human development.
I experienced individual expertise in workshops. I applied the training in the teams we build. Training examples:
