On joining ABSA in July 2013, I was appointed as a Customer Services Agent in the Policy Services Department on a temporary basis. The match was instantaneous stemming as it was my first formal job. Through hard work and principal application, I was approached to become a Retentions Consultant in the Policy Cancellations team on a permanent basis in July 2014.
With growing passion in the assistance industry and seeking a challenge I founded an internal quarterly newsletter July 2016. During this role I was tasked as the go to person for all news regarding the operations team.
It is on this background information that I submit my application for this position. Apart from the rounded knowledge in the Financial Sector, I believe that I am well armed to tackle the task and hopefully grow myself on merit.
