Chantelle Gladwin (@chantellegladwi) is a partner at Schindlers Attorneys specialising in all areas of commercial and residential property practice and litigation, including sectional title body corporate management, eviction, general property management and property-owning enterprise management, as well as corporate restructurings and corporate taxations matters.

Chantelle is also a notary and conveyance, and is currently reading Masters in Advanced Property Law at UNISA. In addition she a seasoned company secretary and serves as such to over 60 large corporate clients, advising them on all aspects of corporate law and governance. She handles most of the firm's pro bono and corporate social responsibility matters, serving as the firm's point of contact for pro bono and civic organisations as well as NGO's involved in community development. Chantelle is also able to assist with town planning and heritage permits.

In addition, Chantelle handles all aspects of disputes/litigation in matters against the City of Johannesburg and its related entities.
