Having worked at an investment bank in London, Ferdie back-packed through Europe before joining the real world and graduating with a BComm (and an appreciation for good wine) from the University of Stellenbosch. He travelled extensively, worked in a corporate environment, and then joined an affiliate marketing company - all part of his out-of-school education that led him to start his own business.

Ferdie started ClickMaven in response to an unquenchable entrepreneurial desire. In the last six years, the company has evolved along with the products and services it offers as well as the people who make ClickMaven what it is. It's not just a digital marketing company, but Your Digital Sales Partner - an identity that's not only about being profitable, but about making a difference to businesses in South Africa because they are extremely passionate about what they do.

Ferdie balances his frenetic work life with family, tennis, and fishing, as well as assisting other entrepreneurs with their own success.
