• Inventory control: Monitoring and managing inventory levels of glass, tools, and other supplies needed for repairs.
• Quality control: Ensuring repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations, conducting quality checks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Safety compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all repair activities adhere to safety regulations.
