Service Advisor – West Rand, Gauteng

Our client based in the West Rand, is looking for an experienced Dealership Service Advisor to join their service department.

The successful candidate must have strong Dealership Service Advisor skills and be able to manage their day effectively and proficiently.
                                                                                                     
Requirements: 

• Matric Certificate                                                 
• Driver’s license                                                  
• Experience working as a Service Advisor 
• Autoline experience
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong administration skills, systematic and client centric

Responsibilities: 

• Meet and greet customers                                                  
• Liaising with customers always with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
• Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
• Ensure timely communication with customers about vehicle status and additional repairs
• Update necessary vehicle details
• Prepare quotations                                                  
• Ensure accurate invoice payments
• Full vehicle handover process   
• Coordinate with the parts department to ensure necessary parts are available
• Manage administrative aspects of service orders, including documentation and billing                               
• Maintain a high CSI
